QuenchTec/MI Pro AS seeks a proactive person to answer client support requests and do custom Web development.
QuenchTec delivers SAAS solutions for Market Research Institutes and Enterprises, enabling them to conduct Surveys, do data processing, analysis and reporting, as well as offering a GDPR compliant Panel system including a Community solution.
- Answer incoming support requests via mail (HelpScout). Requests vary from simple how-to’s, bug/error reports, to more advanced tailoring of surveys to meet look and feel and other special requirements
- Develop special interactive questions
- Develop CSS (look and feel) templates
- Create FAQ’s and other documentation
- High understanding of programming logic
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor in Computer Science or similar
- Oslo office, located in city center, or
- Malmö office, located in Limhamn
